OOoh, now I am excited by all the wonderful saving ideas and ideas for using eggs!

LOL Now I will have an excuse to make broccoli quiche, too. :0> Thanks to all for all the great ideas, I have to admit that I am pretty much a meat and potatoes kind of cook, so I never even thought of a lot of these recipes. (The odd thing is, even when I *do* actually bake or even do “regular” cooking, I would often leave out the eggs called for in the recipes!)

Also want to say how excited I am to see someone else here from Bloomington~~that’s where I live too! ;-> It’s a small world, but I have never met anyone online who actually lives in the same town! Thanks again, I will keep you all posted on any egg ideas I come up with!
